That is the standard vbulletin icon for "you have posted in this thread and there are new posts"

I have a feeling you snipped that before I changed to our custom icons.

I still would like to know if this forum has a " legends " page for users to go to if there are symbols we are not sure of. i.e. a tag, a lock, a 2-chain etc etc.
