Where are the settings for the Storage Folders?

I have a friend who uses the Storage folders for storing messages, but he
says that they are removed and he doesn't know how or why. Is there some
setting that controls this?

Thanks is advance for any and all help.

To view the Storage folders
WLM Menu/View/Layout/Folder Pane/<check Show Storage folders>

If the WLM menu is not shown, press ALT (it acts as toggle) or [ALT M] M

Storage folders are not automatically removed by WLM..deletion of Storage folders(its subfolders) and contained messages can only
be done manually by the user.

Hi, Larry.

The Storage Folders tree sometimes is collapsed into a single line -
intentionally or otherwise - and the small triangle in front of the word
"Storage" is so inconspicuous that it is easily overlooked. Have your
friend over the mouse over the "Storage Folders" title and look very closely
to see if the small triangle appears. The triangle will probably be empty,
indicating that the tree is collapsed. Click on the triangle and the folder
tree should expand and the triangle should be filled with black. Some of
the folders may have subfolders, and these also may be collapsed. Showing
Storage Folders as a single line can be very helpful at times, but
distressing at others.

For me, all triangles only show when the mouse cursor is over the Folder
pane.

Expand the Storage folders to show the triangle(s)...click on a newsgroup or Inbox in email...the triangles should still be
present.
