Windows recovering from unexpected shutdown

Hello,
My computer is randomly going blue screen and shutting down. When I restart it
comes up with this message

I'm no expert but more often than not it seems like this sort of problem
tracks back to a bad or failing RAM stick. I'd suggest you run Memtest86
before doing anything else. Note: don't rely on the MS Windows RAM
diagnostic as it is not nearly as reliable as Memtest86.
