Was prompted to upgrade to Service Pack 2 (Vista Home Basic 32 bit). After the update, pc wont start anymore. I ended up in a black screen with these texts :

!! 0xc0190002 !! 3937/47219 (Mahjong.exe)

I tried the ff methods I read from other threads :

1. Safe Mode - Did not work. My screen froze at "Loading Windows File" point.
2. Start Up Repair - Said error, needed to restart.
3. System Restore :

I accessed system restore through the "Repair Windows" option after pressing F8. There was only one option in the menu, Oct 21 1:24 am Install Service Pack 2. So I clicked NEXT. Then I had an error message again, didn't work.

Please, please help me. I really don't know what to do. Please

Mate! Your frantic impatience is not going to be helped one little bit if you continue to put up the same post all over the Forum. If anyone out here can help, then the advice will be freely given.

While you wait, you can assist the helpers by completing as much of your System Specs as you possibly can.
