Try getting the latest update agent and see whether it helps:

I supect it Windows Blinds is responsible for this not any trouble with WUA.Enough to check a few threads below this one.

So summary item ,if you have installed WindowsBlinds then this program is responsible for your issue and the best solution is uninstall it completely,some persons try update this sometimes it help too but not always
