Example: When I receive email, let's say the lower right tray states that I have received 4 new messages. I then look in the inbox and I only have a portion of the total emails. Could be 2, could be 1. I'm confused with this. I have even been looking right at the inbox messages when new mail arrives. The new email appears for a spilt second and then disappears, but still shows that I received that email in the lower right tray. I've read that Windows Mail has problems while using Norton products which I use Norton 360. Could this be the cause of not getting all my emails? How do I fix this?
