email attachments unreadable

    email attachments unreadable

    I am able to open my emails easily enough,but am unable to read any attachment. Can anyone suggest what i need to do to be able to read them, without asking sender to reformat message? thanks

    Hi JSC,

    Welcome to Vista Forums.

    You might check these settings in Windows Mail:

    1. Click on Tools and Options.
    2. Click on the Security tab.
    3. Uncheck Do not allow attachments .....
    4. Uncheck Block images and other .....
    5. Click OK.
