Hey Rottkid,
Word never has supported moving gif images however most e-mail clients do, What client do you use?

AOL is an integrated package that you install off CD, and it houses a browser, HTML creator, mail reader, news reader....

There are ways for folks to use 3rd party apps, I think - but most people using AOL either dump it when they see what else is available, or continue to use it because they prefer its simplicity and all in one packaging.

John,

Ah I see, Thanks John ;)

Yes dump the crippled AOL e-mail client and try Windows Live Mail Desktop or Thunderbird (firefox e-mail client)

Windows Live Mail

I use Microsoft`s Windows Live Mail myself ;)

I am not 100% sure that can be done - it'd take some doing, IIRC.

browser is not hard to do, but mail is a completely different thing.
