I’m still using XP, but my friend that works 16 hr a day 7 days a week has a new computer with Vista. Says after reading a email she will delete it, but now she has over 130 in the deleted or trash file and for some reason she can’t delete them. Please explain how she can delete the messages from the deleted file/or trash file. Thanks

They are using Windows Mail.
I told her to donload KB940010 udate and see if that help.
