| vista home premium 32 bit | Browsing Very Slow PC was up and running comfortably when I changed ISP. Immediately upon connecting to new ISP neither browser IE 7 nor firefox 3.0 would browse at their previous speeds. URLs entered directly into the address bar took forever to load. Funny thing was any link within a page once you got one up would browse quickly. After quite a bit of hunting on this problem disabling auto-tune etc. I found a solution of creating a new user account on the machine. This new user account browses perfectly with either browser. Now I simply want to know what I need to repair on the original user account which had admin rights that will bring the browsers back to normal operation. |
