DRM License attempt crashes IE7 and Firefox

Hi - I have posted this twice as i think I posted under the wrong category before. please could someone help. IE 7 and Firefox both crash when I go to a specific site to view streamed content. I think the problem relates to WMP, It gets to obtaining DRM license then crashes. I have tried about everything Microsoft hot fixes ect. I have enabled the plug-ing that obtains said license (RMgetlicense class). I Have googled and tried all suggestions.My Desktop PC runs Vista 64 Home Premium SP1. My laptop which runs IE7 with Vista 32 Home Basic works fine. IE crashes when I use 32 or 64 bit versions. I have updated codecs etc and messed with the registry and replaced the DLLs .The site where I'm crashing is LUTV . If any one has any ideas I would be gratefull - please keep it simple though.
