Pretty sure you can't because its built into the OS, use it to download your other browser whatever it may be such as firefox then never use IE again. It's what I and a lot of others have done.

Element is correct, you cant uninstall Internet Explorer because its builtin...If you did uninstall it then you would have no way to browse the internet...Just download another browser like Firefox or Opera, There are plenty around
