Sending emails with a sky account using windows mail

Hi
I have set up a sky account using windows mail. I can get mail sent to my sky address but i cannot send mail using the sky address using windows. can anyone give me some help on what might solve the problem please. I think it may be to do with the advance pop settings etc.
