| Vista Home Premium | Re: Flash Player 8 will not install Thank you for the information about Flash Player 9. I clicked on the link and I once again received the same message in the Information Bar: "Internet Explorer blocked this site from using an ActiveX control in an unsafe manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly." Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do next? Thanks. |

| Vista Home Premium x64 SP2 | Re: Flash Player 8 will not install Have you changed the security settings in your Internet Explorer and have you tried clicking the Information Bar to see if there's an option to load it anyway? |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Flash Player 8 will not install I will have to play with the security settings tomorrow. Clicking on the Information Bar is pointless......I click on install anyways but it refuses to install. Will lowering the security settings cause me to suddenly be over run with viruses and miscellaneous junk.? |

| Vista Home Premium x64 SP2 | Re: Flash Player 8 will not install Not sure about that last question since I don't use Internet Explorer (IE). An excellent alternative to using IE is Mozilla Firefox. It's very secure and very customizable with many different themes and addons, plus you can use Flash without any problem. |
