Hey guys, Hope you can help a VISTA newbie here. Just bought a DELL Inspiron 530, 6 Gig Ram, CIORE 2 QUAD 2.4. 640 GIG WD HD, VISTA HOME PREMIUM x64bit. Sound and video are on the MB right now.

Problem:

Anytime the wife is watching any streaming video, YOUTUBE, flash stuff, everything is cool until she maximizes the window, still cool. When she hits the ESCAPE key to exit out, the VIDEO LOCKS UP and then the audio eventually gets killed as well. the system stops dead EXCEPT for the mouse which still moves. I cant soft boot or ANYTHING else, have to power up and restart. This problem DOE NOT EXIST with SAFARI or FIREFOX.

Ive dowloaded the latest codecs for VISTA hoping it would help it and no change. IM LOST HERE Serious newbie here.

What program are you using to get video and sounds in I.E. ?
How have you set it up ?

This box has onboard video and sound. Im using a USB port output to a BOSE Companion 5 setup for audio playback. I have a SAMSUNG t240 LCD connected via the VGA connection. Not sure where to find the info your wanting here???

Im thinkin its Flashplayer. It ONLY crashes with explorer though
