Vista64 stop D1 with Internet explorer

I am getting frequent BSOD with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL when I am using internet explorer . Stop D1.., Mostly it is TCPIP.sys but today it was 8042PRt.sys. I have attached two mini dumps. Any help would be appreciated.
