Vista - ALL ping NO browse,fpt and any web protocols

I have on me nootebook vista ultimate x64 sp1, if i connect interet with Wifi or LAN, them in network and sharing center show me connect to the internet. But if i open internet explorer,firefox,qip,ftp all no working, show me cannot connect. But if i try ping ,work normal. And if i try - START- Cotrol panel - Network and Internet - Internet options - Connections - Setup, vista show ,them i allready connect in to the internet and i can click on internet browse now, run it Internet explorer and in him internet work normal. I try it turn off firewall,defender and nothing. If i try FTP, say me cannot open socet. This is any system error, system show internet connect, but no protocol work, anything is block it, pls can me any one help ?

Sometimes non - system firewall can still block although is turned off - I know it sounds incredible but I know myself this kind of accidents and see someone example KIS 7.0 & Firefox 2.0.0.6 - Kaspersky Lab Forum
If point 1 fail and you have non-system firewall reset it to default settings and remove all rules for applications in firewall,finally uninstall firewall completly
