tcpip patch?

Is there any REAL tcpip patch?
I want to open ports because when i use utorrent my internet sloooow,almost freeze.

Try this it help my connection and what browser do you use.

If you use FF3 you can do this tutorial to speed up firefox

Utmost importance here...Do NOT use TCP/IP Patches!!!

Smoke and mirrors and in 64bit systems they will cause your system to be Unbootable! These patches are not required for P2P, they do NOT slow your P2P and anyone who says it does, has no idea what they're talking about...seriously. I can't tell you how misunderstood this Half Open Connection limit is, and how people just flipped as soon as they saw "Limit" and immediately blamed that for poor d'load speeds. This limit will NOT slow your speeds, in fact it should help speed them up by limiting the number of incomplete connections that your machine is sitting there waiting for a response to..that never comes.
The limit does not affect how many comlete connections you can have, just how many uncompleted connections are allowed in the que, so a well configured P2P client will see no affect by this limit.
