Help with FTP Server Setup

I need help on setting up an FTP server in Windows Vista Ultimate x64. I have no idea where to start, as I know nothing at all about FTP servers. Can someone please help me out step by step?

Home Server: How to set up a home FTP server

I've used Filezilla and bulletproof FTP as client, but I currently use FireFTP as a firefox plugin...it does all I need.

Alright I'm reading the tutorial and downloaded the file that was asked of me. One problem though: What is a dynamic DNS and how do I create one? It asked to puting in the domain name you used to setup your dynamic DNS???
