I am running Vista Ultimate SP1 and having problems getting IE to connect to the web. Firefox is working fine, but every time i pulled up IE 7 it wouldnt connect and gave a message about diagnoseing the problem which never turned up anything. I installed IE 8 thinking that might solve the problem but it still gives the same screen. Chrome and FF both work. The firewalls are off also.
