Vista Home Premium and Internet security settings

Hi, I have Vista Home premium installed recently. I am facing several problems in internet usage such as
1. When I try to send a mail from the lotus notes, the body of the letter remains disabled and it has some deactivated controls on that. So, I could not send any mail using lotsu notes
2. When I try to book train tickets, it works until I open the URL for finding availability, etc. But when I try to pay the ticket fair, it fails and logged out from the session. Which means it fails when it tries to access the credit card details
3. When I try to download something, it shows "page can not be displayed" error but it works fine in XP

I tried by changing the security settings and disabling firewall, etc. I even allowed popup for all the sites also I added those sites in trusted sites.

Can anyone help me to find out the solution?
