Not sure whether this is the right place to post this but someone may know the answer. I am running Vista with Windows mail and I also use a little email viewing programme called eprompter to screen emails before I download them. I have four email addresses. Three are downloading fine. The fourth is showing on eprompter that I have mail but it won't download onto my pc. It goes thro the motions, the send and receive box opens and it says executing, messages 1-4 etc but nothing arrrives in my inbox. The messages are staying on eprompter which indicates they haven't been downloaded so i don't think I'm missing them anywhere - any ideas?
