Create task for Windows Mail

Hello people, am new to Vista and would like to schedule a task to log the computer on at a certain time, download my emails and then log off or restart. Does anyone know of a way of doing this through the task scheduler? Ive messed around with various tasks, but have to confess I dont really know what Im doing!

Thanks, have looked at the tutorial, but still having difficulties. Am interested to know, how do you enter the login details into the task, is there a way of getting the task to wait for emails to download, then closing and then logging off? At the moment, I have a task which just opens the email. When I log in the day after, I cant open Windows Mail as I get an error message saying that the programme is in use by another application, yet nothing appears in the task bar. Any help is greatly appreciated
