Need help with Windows Mail please

help. i have just got new laptop running vista, the files from my old laptop were transferred to the new. on the old i was running windows explorer. i am now using windows mail, all my address files were transferred but they wouldn't export automatically to the address box in the send window. i have ticked the 'auto complete e mail address when composing box'.
however once i enter the name manually it comes up auto next time i use it

Hello Mike, and welcome to Vista Forums.

This is the normal behavior for Windows Mail to have to use the address one time before it appears in autocomplete. It's autocomplete feature is not the best in the bunch unfortunately. :(
