Okay. My mother bought this computer like 3 or 4 weeks ago. Well Adobe Flash Player will not work. It says its downloaded. We had this same problem with Java but now Java is working properly. I need Adobe for alot of websites like myspace. So can someone help me please!!! Thanks.

Did you install it? Are you using Firefox or internet explorer? After you download it, close your browser and install. If that's not your problem then please be more descriptive besides it doesn't work.

Uhmm. Well considering my mother is an idiot and she has the stupid parental controls up. I really don't know what she did. We have Internet Explorer. And Adobe is on our programs list.
Programs List says that these are installed:
Adobe AIR
Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX
Adobe Reader 9

But it still isn't working. I'd probably be able to fix it if I had my mom's password.

Are you using IE 32 bit or 64 bit? Both are installed on a 64 bit system.

Ok, did you read the info in the link I posted? I will quote the important part;

"Adobe Flash Player is not supported for playback in a 64-bit browser"

In Windows x64, the default browser is 32-bit IE. Just click Start-> Internet Explorer.

Do not use the "Internet Explorer (64-bit)" one. You don't need to. Ever.

I wouldn't go that far, I use IE x64 much more than IE x86, it's much faster, but obviously has some issues.

That is exactly what I do. For the majority of the time, I use the 64-bit version of IE7. However, if a site requires flash player or other add-on that doesn't work in 64-bit, I simply switch to the 32-bit version. I don't find this to be a big deal - after all, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of IE7 are supplied, so why not use them?

You don't switch it, you use one of the methods I posted to start 32 bit IE instead of 64 bit IE
