After reading : how to enable windows mail tutorial.
Windows mail still will not start ?
I have enabled the "hidden" admin account and windows mail works fine - configured got email, logged off, logged on still working.
BUT in my normal account but still an admin account, no other accounts on system. Windows mail will not start have downloaded the reg file and that has done its job. Logged of, still nothing, switched off - still won't work.

Any body got a solution ?

Are you trying to start it from the Start menu, or by clicking an email link?

I am starting from the Start menu and from prog(86) and prog all three options still give :-

"Windows Mail can't be opened.

A software restriction policy is preventing Windows
Mail from opening. Contact your system administrator
for more information."
