IE7 and Hotmail

Hi guys ,

Got a call from a customer who says that her IE7 crashes intermittently when trying to go to "www.hotmail.co.uk". She has 2 user accounts on her system running on Windows Vista. She says that when IE crashes on teh 1st account if she logs off and logs in to the other account , IE works fine on that account and she cna go to hotmail. I tried to reset IE on both the accounts , allowed session cookies and 3rdparty cookies on IE , the issue got resolved. TOday , i have received an email from her wherein she has mentioned that IE has once again started crashing on hotmail and this time its happening on both the accounts at the same time. Whats goin on guys ??:confused:

Not much help here, but I do have a couple of suggestions. You might have her download the new IE8 RC1 and see if that helps. Also, you might try posting this problem in the Windows Live thread -- hopefully you'll get some help there.
