If the pst files are in a hidden folder or are hidden how can be seen or search for ?

Where in VISTA HOME BASIC file structure , are the Outlook emails (files) ?

my Outlook.pst is located at
C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

AppData is a hidden folder

Control Panel
Folders Options
View Tab
Check "Show hidden files and folders"
