Irritating vista behavior

New guy here.
I've done something in Vista 64 and now whenever I x out of the internet browser, a window pops up saying something like "your internet connection has stopped working" and proceeds to re-load the internet. It sometimes does this with games, too, and reloads the game...

Anybody tell me how to stop this? This never happened to me in XP....

Your browser appears to be crashing, most likely because of a bad add-on which is corrupting its configuration and causing the crash.

If you're using IE, following this tutorial may help you:
