unable to view some internet videos ??

having trouble accessing some videos on some web sites .. when I click on the video to watch .. it gives me response >>>>> Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage ...
then below >> most likely causes ...and further below >> what you can try

I believe it might have to do with my settings .. which I've tried to look at, but nothing.

any suggestions?

Download and install adobe flash player plugin and flash player activex, and try
