Cannot Send Mail

Hello everyone ,

I cannot send mails via my hotmail e-mail address for approxiamately two months; when I try to send one I get a notification saying that I have to activate my hotmail account. When I click on the link to activate it and enter the confirmation code as required I get a page with a error code on it. How can I solve this issue if needed I can provide additional details. Thanks for your contribution.
PS : There are some screenshots related with this issue.(My windows is Turkish)

How are you trying to use Hotmail, through the Internet or through an email client ?

Perhaps the one you have is corrupted, have you tried to set up another one ?

Don't think I can really help but was throwing out ideas for you, have you made sure you have everything set up correctly.?

I am connecting through the web client but I have problems associated with only one of my accounts the other one works fine. Can you explain which settings may be corrupted so that I can fix them?
