Yahoo widgets new disclaimer

Up untill yesterday I used Yahoo widgets on the desktop, the clock and weather gadget. Upon a reboot prior to them loadeing I recieved notice that in order to continue I must agree to their new terms of use. After reading it I opted to disagree and got new widgets elsewhere.

In part it said that they would not only be able to determine which computer these were being used on but also the user. Too much information for them for the use of an addon widget.

Because I use Yahoo for mail, in the past I came across a program that would automatically forward your old account mail to the new program, as I intend to do away with Yahoo completly and all it's options; can anybody point me in a direction to achieve this?
