I recently encounter an error that is driving me nuts... it wont let me connect to certain sites, e.g email and some university websites. However, I am connected to the internet.. i can go to some sites such as google, yahoo, this, online game, msn.
I use rogers as isp, dlink router, laptop vista, avast, windows firewall, Norton (i think i removed completely)
I normally use firefox but this error happens to my ie too.
Recently i did not download any suspicious programs except maybe for windows/browser updates.
