Invisible e-mail in Inbox - WinMail

Hi there,

I have what looks like an invisible message stuck in my inbox of Windows Mail. The Inbox says 1 unread, but I don't see any unread messages, "Mark all read" doesn't do anything, and if I hide read messages, there is nothing visible in the inbox...

I'm on IMAP if that matters...

Any way to get the inbox back to normal?

try loggin in your accout and maybe the message is there its just not being picked up for some reason

here is a tool that might help the problem but someone said i might not work for the inbox

give it a try and post the results
