Wireless Email and Wired Email Compatibility

I have set up a Vista laptop with wireless connection (I have a wired desktop with a network router). My wireless internet works, printing through wireless to wired printer works, and email works (so far so good), but there is one problem:

Problem: How do I set up the laptop to be the only computer where my email arrives. Right now it arrives on either computer depending on which one I'm at and if I open it on that computer, the other computer doesn't see it. Is it best to simply delete the account on the desktop wired computer leaving only the account on the laptop? Does that have an affect on the other accounts on that computer?

Any help is appreciated; thanks.

Re: Wireless Email and Wired Email Compatibility

You can do it the way you suggested without effecting the other accounts on the other PC. Probably the easiest way

Another way, if you have access to do this, is to log into your mail server and ask it to keep a copy of the e-mail in the server, you can then access the e-mail from virtually anywhere a PC is hooked up to the internet
