Windows Mail

I added my gmail account to Windows Mail. Seems to be working fine, but I noticed when it downloads emails from the gmail server, it only downloads the title of the email, and not the actual content of the email. Therefore, when I open the email, I have to wait until it downloads the email itself so I can view it. This is inconvenient for me, because I frequently recieve large files in my email. Is there a way to force Windows Mail to download the entire email contents? Thanks for your help.

I am too using GMail with Windows Mail, and I don't have this issue at all.

Are you downloading messages through POP or IMAP?
