cannot connect with browser

Hi, this is my first posting. I hope I can get someone to help me. I have tried to read thru other posts but each person that has a similar problem also has some twist to it that is different from mine. Here's my problem: Hooked up a wireless router when my daughter bought her new laptop - Toshiba Satellite A305-S6872 with Vista home premium 32 bit. She had no problems accessing the internet with IE but after a few months she was not able to. I went back to an earlier restore point and it was working again. After doing this a few times the earlier restore point disapeared and I have not been able get in since. I do have access thru Ares p2p. After reading other posts I ran ipconfig/all and this is what i got. Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6002]
