getting rid of warning

First off I am glad to have found this site. I have lurked on it for the last week and joined today. I am a still only know the basics of computers but I learn a little bit each day. I was able to get rid of this security warning when I first got the computer, but then I had a issue where I had to re-boot and now I have it back. I forget how I got rid of it in the first place. I was clicking on a link in an email that I got in my outlook express. When I allow the stuff to be dispalyed it is just the logo for the fast food place. The rest of the page displays normally.

The warning says

Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?

This webpage contains content that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage.

Thanks for the help

Last post didn't result in the error message disappearing. I repro'd this in Vista, XP, and Win7, seems to be the latest IE specific.

Anyone find any solutions???
