Unblocking Sites Need Help

Hello there a few months ago I blocked a certain site because I wanted my son to take a break on the game. Now, I want to unblock the site but i forget how I blocked it. I tried going to Internet Options and going to restriction sites but it wasn't there, I tried going to trusted sites and adding in it there but its still blocked. I even tried to use parental controls to see if I did that. I have a Windows Vists 2008. This is a picture of the desktop.

turn off the windows firewall and try the site. if it still doesn't work turn it back on.

Which ever browser you use most find security tab check for site.

you still getting the same error message

What is the site that is blocked????

Is it more than one site????

there are literally dozens of places you can block something. sonce you cant get there in both firefox and IE it is probably blocked somewhere else. Do you have parental controls?
