how do I preview e-mail headers on the server, so that I can delete those that are questionable or not wanrted with out down loading them to my computer??

well normally you can log into your e mail server using your username and password you use with your email client , did your email address come from your isp? (internet server provider)

let us know who your isp/email supplier is and we can point you to the online server you can log into :)

I guess I did not state my self very well initially.

What I want to do is preview the e-mail headers from Windows Vista Mail Program so that I only receive from the server only those I choose and delete those from the server not my computer those I do not want
