My computer froze and I had to do a hard boot. Upon restarting, I get the crash report window whenever I try to bring up Firefox, even in safe mode. I really don't want to uninstall, I tried reinstalling but I'm getting the same error. I have too many addons to just uninstall. I don't know why this happened, I had no Firefox updates from the time of when I crashed.

Firefox became corrupted. You could try a system restore to a date and time prior to the hard boot. If this doesn't work, you are going to have to uninstall, possibly clean the registry, and reinstall ff.
