Not getting Emails on multiple computers

Hello,

I' am new to these forums, but I have a question about windows mail. I have three computers in my office, and they all need access to the same email server, but my problem is that not everyone gets all the emails all the time, even if none of them are deleted. I have set the accounts on all of these to keep the emails on the server, and to not delete them when recieved, but they seem to do it any ways! I don't know of anything else that would fix this problem.

Also, the email server is SBCGlobal.net if that has anything to do with it.

A lot of email never gets delivered. You can set the server to keep mail on it and not delete it when downloaded but the server may set either a size limit to the mailbox, or an age limit to the box.

Can you give some more info on the specifics?

Well, There are emails that in the same day, just minutes apart, will not be on different computers, which is weird, cause some times they will get them. It is not always a problem, i would say about 60% of the time it works, but it acts like one computer takes the emails off the server, and as for space, I dont believe that is a problem, we dont get that many Emails. And I am not sure what else to say that would help... all the computer are exactly the same Dells.
