I opened my Windows Mail, where I had a ton of folders, inbox, junk, sent mail, etc. from years of work. Everything has disappeared as though it never existed, but only one identity in the computer. The other identity is intact.
Even the mail account settings (server settings) are gone. The folder where I kept all the email data is now highlighted in blue and appears to be empty. It is so weird. Any ideas?
