Exporting e-mails from office outlook

Hi, i tried a new mail service, and i guess i ticked of the wrong box which allowed them to be my primary mail service and they imported all my e-mails from my comcast account,which i didn't want to happen, i thought if i deleted the new e-mail service they would return to my comcast account but they didn't, i have windows mail and office outlook which still has all the e-mails, my question is can i copy them from either windows mail or office outlook with one command instead of doing each one individually,thank you
