I had a crash and have a full backup. I'm running Vista Home Premium 32. I have most things back to normal, but can't figure out how to import my local folders into Windows Mail and I don't know where to find my messages on the backup. Can't I just copy and paste my backed up data into Windows Mail on the new HD ?
