Hotmail Spam (they're all for fake medications)

I know I reported to the people in charge of hotmail, spam, but it seems the problem has not been fixed. I remember getting a response saying "we'll take care of it" after doing what the helper told me to do (something about getting the data of the email) but nothing happened and we did this like last year. I do not know how to stop the spam from coming keeping in mind the email accounts are ALWAYS changing, so blocking someone isn't going to do anything, nor was I able to group the emails together so that they get blocked.

I believe they all come from one central location though, and if there is a way to stop these fake medication emails from coming (which they have been for like almost 2 years now) that would be great.
