Outllook not corresponding when open

    Outllook not corresponding when open

    Hi,
    My problem is that we run Outlook 2003 on an server environment and all the staff uses thin clients windows xp embedded to connect to the server and then to outlook 2003.
    Only one staff gets the problem that when she opens OUTLOOK 2003 in the morning, any button won't work.. she needs to close out of outlook and open it again for it work!!
    Do anyone know what can be causing that?

    I went through to see the error logs and these is nothing concerning that these.. and it happens only some morning..
    Thoughts please??
