I have windows mail on vista on my home pc,Now ive got a laptop with windows 7 how do i get into windows mail in windows 7 because all i have is windows live and my work email address is in windows mail so i can't send from work email on windows 7 pls HELP!!!

Have you downloaded and installed Windows Live Mail ?
You shouldn't have any problems sending or receiving email between the two once you have set up your accounts in Windows Live Mail.
