    Ballot Screen Blues?

    Could someone explain to me just exactly how this ballot screen for browsers will work?

    I have multiple browsers on my computer & I have Opera 10.10 as my default browser. Will the pop-up occur every time I boot?

    Will it affect me at all because I have Opera as default?



    I don't want to lose IE 8 but I don't want it as my default browser. Just how is this screen going to affect me & do I have the option of ignoring it?
