Vista Home Premium 32bit refuses to synch new emails or send emails after entering password. Get Win Live Error ID: 0x8DE00002 and Server Error 3206. No problem going to Hotmail email facilities work fine. Message says "maxed out" so deleted all but most recent from sent mail and inbox but still same error. Removed and re-installed Windows Live Mail still same error. System Restore is disabled as I have Windows Steady State installed.
